IQF Products
Sweetcorn and peas are the key IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) vegetable products sold in Australia and New Zealand. However, a wide range of other products are also processed in this manner. Almost all this production is destined for consumer markets and food service industries.
Cedenco produces IQF sweetcorn, peas, celery, broccoli, onion, capsicum, kiwifruit and carrots.
IQF Sweetcorn
IQF sweetcorn is made from supersweet corn kernels. The product is 100% pure and does not contain any other ingredients or food additives.
The processing season runs from mid-January to the end of March.
Uses:
- Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) sweetcorn is sold to suppliers who package it ready for the domestic market and food manufacturers.
IQF Peas
IQF peas are made from freshly-grown peas, are 100% pure and do not contain any other ingredients or food additives.
Processing takes place during November.
