Roasted Pureed Powder is made from whole sweetcorn kernels which have been pureed, drum-dried on roller dryers, milled and roasted. The sweetcorn is harvested at optimum maturity, cut, blanched, then processed using Cedenco UHT technology.
Uses:
- Roasted Pureed Sweetcorn Powder is used as an ingredient in the manufacture of soups, beverages, confectionary fillings and snacks.
