Payroll Administrator / HR Support
We are currently seeking applicants for a payroll specialist, to work at their Gisborne office, with the prime responsibility for processing employee wages and administering employee information.
The position is also a support role to the HR Manager, which can include tasks such as updating training records, following up with ACC on accident reports and other Health & Safety administration tasks, etc.
Key competencies include:
· Detailed knowledge of NZ Payroll legislation and previous sole charge payroll experience.
· Experience with MYOB Comacc Payroll Software or similar.
· Excellent time management skills to achieve deadlines.
· A high level of integrity, self motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision.
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and other payroll stakeholders.
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
